Tarotpy®: Reveal Unconscious Blocks and Create Emotional Shifts Through Symbolic Imagery.

“Your visions become clear only when you can look into your own heart . He who
looks outside, dreams: he who looks inside, awakes”- Carl Jung

A unique Jungian tarot-therapy experience designed to unlock intuition with a transformational journey into self-discovery and healing.

What is Tarotpy®?

Tarotpy®, developed by Lauren Schneider (author of "It's All In The Cards") is a therapeutic approach that blends tarot imagery with Jungian projective tools to facilitate deep self-exploration and healing. It’s not fortune-telling, but a metaphorical imagery experience that taps into your innate wisdom.

A Mirror to the Self

Through Tarotpy®, individuals engage with tarot images in a waking dream, allowing them to see their inner truth reflected back. This process helps uncover emotional and psychological blocks, creating new shifts in awareness.

The Power of Symbolism and Archetypes

Using the timeless language of symbols and archetypes, Tarotpy® connects individuals to a shared human experience. This fosters a deeper connection to intuition and provides insight into personal growth and transformation.

What My Clients Say

"It was an amazing experience-the depth, the clarity, the sense of knowing and healing I experienced in the Tarotpy® process. I felt connected to a divine source."

Unlock Deep Healing & Emotional Peace

What My Clients Say

“ I did two sessions with Heather around a painful and shameful event from over 20 years ago and had done years of talk therapy, but after brainspotting,

it finally left me.”

Where You Look Affects How You Feel

Brainspotting identifies eye positions that connect to unresolved trauma, helping to unwire emotional blocks and create new neural pathways through the brain’s neuroplasticity. This method allows people to move beyond the neocortex (logical brain) and into deeper levels of emotional processing. Using bilateral sounds, BSP integrates the left and right hemispheres of the brain, promoting emotional balance, healing, and even spiritual connectedness.

Unlocking Trauma Through the Brain and Body

Discovered by David Grand in 2003 as an evolution of EMDR, Brainspotting (BSP) is a powerful therapeutic technique that accesses the deep brain and body to process and release stored trauma. By working directly with the autonomic and limbic systems within the central nervous system, BSP helps individuals move beyond surface-level thoughts and into the subcortex, where emotional pain and trauma are held.

Releasing Trauma & Enhancing Well-Being

Stored trauma in the brain and body can lead to emotional distress, but BSP targets these deep-seated experiences, allowing them to be processed and released. This results in a decrease in emotional suffering, an increase in intuition, and a greater sense of well-being. Over time, thoughts lose their intensity, leading to better emotional regulation and overall functioning.

Brainspotting is more than just a therapeutic technique—it’s a transformative experience that promotes self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

IEMT: Rapid Emotional Relief Through Eye Movement

Leave Past Negative Emotional States in the Past

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a brief yet powerful therapeutic approach developed by Andrew Austin, drawing from the principles of EMDR and

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Designed to bring quick emotional relief, IEMT helps clients move past stuck patterns by working with emotional imprints and identity beliefs—often without the need to speak about the

issue at all.

What My Clients Say

I sought out Heather to seek relief from unwanted flashbacks and chronic triggers from a trauma years ago. After two sessions, I was astonished to experience much needed relief! While I was unfamiliar with IEMT, I trusted Heather. The days and weeks following the sessions, I was no longer experiencing unwanted triggers and thoughts. People close to me even noted and commented on the new calmness that was with me.

How It Works

In an IEMT session, the client holds a specific thought, memory, or emotional state in mind while their eyes are guided through precise movement patterns. These movements interact with the brain’s emotional processing centers, causing the distressing memory or belief to lose its emotional intensity. The shift often feels immediate and noticeable.

Why Clients Love It

Sometimes referred to as the “secret therapy”, IEMT doesn’t require deep verbal disclosure. Clients can experience transformation without needing to explain or relive their trauma—making it ideal for sensitive, complex, or hard-to-talk-about issues. It's especially effective for people who feel stuck in negative emotional loops, limiting beliefs, or unresolved identity issues.

Key Benefits of IEMT

  • Clears emotional triggers and trauma imprints

  • Bypasses long-held belief systems and identity loops

  • Works rapidly and efficiently—often within a few sessions

  • Does not require talking about the problem in detail

  • Empowers clients to move forward with emotional freedom

  • Seamlessly integrates into coaching work for deeper mindset shifts

  • Helps push through challenges like Imposter Syndrome, self-doubt, and internal resistance

Metaphors of Movement

(MoM)

Metaphors of Movement (MoM) is a unique and highly effective change model that works with the metaphoric language people naturally use—expressions like “hitting a wall”,  “spinning in circles”, "stuck between a rock and a hard place",  or “carrying a heavy burden”. These phrases aren’t just figures of speech—they reveal deeper emotional landscapes and unconscious patterns that shape how we cope, relate, and move through life. Developed by Andrew T. Austin, MoM brings these hidden dynamics to light and offers practical, transformational ways
to shift them.

Rather than reframe or fix the problem directly, MoM maps a person’s metaphorical position and explores the behavioral implications embedded within it. From there, we gently introduce new “movements” or directions within the metaphor, allowing change to emerge organically. Whether used in therapy or coaching, this approach helps release stuck patterns, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful forward momentum. Clients often find that once they shift their internal map, real-world clarity and action follow naturally. And it gives a new perspective immediately!

Social

Panorama

wentyl.jpg

Social Panorama is a transformative approach, an instrument of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) that explores how we mentally represent ourselves and others in “mental space”—an internal, 3D map of our social world. Developed by Dutch psychologist Lucas Derks, this model helps uncover how we unconsciously organize relationships based on where we “place” people in our mind’s eye. These spatial
representations—how near, far, big, small, dominant, or distant someone feels—can profoundly shape our self-image, boundaries, communication, and emotional responses.

By gently exploring and adjusting these internal placements, Social Panorama work brings unconscious social patterns into awareness and offers a powerful way to heal relational wounds, redefine roles, or let go of limiting beliefs tied to past dynamics.

Whether you're struggling with a difficult relationship, feeling out of place in groups, or wanting to strengthen your connection with others (or yourself), this process helps you shift your social landscape from within—creating more clarity, confidence, and connection in your outer world.

And IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) can be applied to negative emotional imprints as they appear in the social panorama.

Flash

Technique

(FT)

The Flash Technique (FT) is a gentle, evidence-based therapeutic intervention developed by Dr. Philip Manfield. It is designed to reduce the emotional disturbance associated with traumatic or distressing memories—often in just 10–15 minutes—without requiring clients to consciously engage with the painful memory.

Originally created as an addition to the preparation phase of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), FT uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) while the client focuses on a positive and engaging image, memory, or activity. The client briefly and intermittently shifts attention away from this positive focus, allowing the brain to process the traumatic memory in the background,
without consciously reliving it.

FT is especially helpful for clients who find direct exposure to trauma intolerable. It can be used as an adjunct to various trauma-informed therapies.

Talk

Therapy

A Safe Space to Be Heard and Heal

Talk Therapy-01.png

Sometimes, what we need most is a space to talk freely, feel truly heard, and begin to make sense of our thoughts and emotions. Talk therapy offers just that—a compassionate environment where you can vent, release, and reflect without judgment.

As a Certified Grief Educator (trained by David Kessler), I specialize in supporting individuals through grief, loss, and life’s toughest transitions. Whether you're grieving a death, a relationship, or simply the life you thought you’d have, you deserve a space to heal at your own pace.

Through empowering questions and deep listening, talk therapy supports you in uncovering your own insights and finding solutions that align with your truth. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, helping you build clarity, confidence, and direction.

Drawing from trusted therapeutic methods like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and other traditional interventions, talk therapy helps you:

  • Understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck

  • Build coping skills and emotional resilience

  • Process grief and loss in a healthy, supported way

  • Improve relationships with yourself and others

  • Make empowered choices for your mental and emotional well-being

Whether you're working through grief, anxiety, or simply seeking a place to be seen and heard, talk therapy provides a grounded, nurturing path toward healing and growth.

My Coaching Practice

I am your inner compass coach helping spirtually minded women get grounded, break free from unconscious patterns, increase their confidence, and find their true north. With tools like Tarotpy®, they tap their innate wisdom and activate their own healing. My clients then connect to their own intuition and feel inner peace, which allows them to navigate life's challenges with grace and ease in a more grounded and soulful way.

Coaching is about more than just setting goals — it's about stepping into who you really are. Whether you're feeling stuck, facing inner blocks, or just know there’s more out there for you, coaching offers a space to reconnect with your vision, clear what’s in the way, and take empowered action. It’s part clarity, part courage, and a whole lot of growth. Together, we’ll work to turn the life you wish you had into the life you’re actually living.  Many of the interventions and tools shared here are very helpful with this transformation.
